We offer postage via Royal Mail to the U.K and Ireland and will not send any item(s) without the appropriate insurance.

(A) weight 0kg to 1.9 kg £4.00 ~ Tracked 48 (2 to 3 days) Insured up to £75

(B) weight 1.9kg to 9.9 kg £8.00 ~ Tracked 48 (2 to 3 days) Insured up to £75

(D) weight 0kg to 1.9 kg £16.00 ~ Special Delivery (Next day delivery) Insured up to £750

(E) Weight 1.9kg to 9.9 kg £22.00 ~ Special Delivery (Next day delivery) Insured up to £750

(F) weight 9.9kg to 19.9 kg £27.00 ~ Special Delivery (Next day delivery) Insured up to £750

We will combine postage when applicable but items. We are also happy to split your order into multiple parcels if there are time constraints or different destinations. If this something we can help you with please get in touch with us as we'll always do our best to find a solution.

Collection is available from Newcastle Under Lyme, West Midlands, ST5 area. Tues, Sat (11am to 7pm) and Sun (11am to 3pm). We except cash on collection

There will be no logos or Business information on any visible packaging. So feel free to have your order shipped to the recipient of your gift. Please let me know the address when placing your order.

Candle Information

Orders should be completed in 2 to 5 days. Hand painted candles could take longer. I will give an estimate in the email confirming your order. Please note this is a estimate, everything is made by hand and to order. Unfortunately things occasionally go wrong that cause delays and we will never ship an order that doesn’t meet our high standards. If there’s a chance of delays longer than a couple of days or you have stated that need your order by a certain date. I will inform you immediately.

If requested you will then receive a email with close up photos of your finished candle, along with the weight and exact measurements where applicable, when your order is completed.
