If you wish to cancel your order you will receive a complete refund, including postage.
If you would like to cancel specific items in your order, you’ll be refunded for those items and may receive a partial refund on postage if it falls into a cheaper shipping category.
After posting or collection
Books. Sorry I cannot cancel orders once posted but a full refund will be give for books received in an unsatisfactory condition not stated in description. Buyer pays return postage when required.
If your parcel is damaged in transit please contact me. All orders will be tracked and insured.
