Before posting or collection

• If you wish to cancel your order you will receive a complete refund, including postage.

• If you would like to cancel specific items in your order, you’ll be refunded for those items and may receive a partial refund on postage if it falls into a cheaper shipping category.

After posting or collection

• Sorry I cannot cancel orders once posted 

• Returns will be accepted for items received as defective products, not as described.

• 3. If returned item is in the same condition as sold or agreed. A full refund will be completed within 7 days of receiving item. 

• 4. We will not require Items received by you in a damaged, unfit for resale condition to be returned but will ask for photos before full refund given.
